Photography Workshops & Mentoring
Thoughtful guidance for photographers ready to grow
with confidence, creativity, and heart

Learn in a Relaxed, Encouraging Environment
Welcome, fellow photographer and creative soul! As a newborn photographer who is an artist first and a businesswoman second, I pour my heart and countless hours into editing every image myself. Each photograph must be technically perfect and tell a beautiful story — a timeless piece of art I never outsource, because only I know the emotion I felt behind the lens.
That same passion inspired my intimate Mentoring Workshop. This is personal mentorship, not a typical class. I’ll walk beside you through safe and gentle posing, dreamy lighting, capturing genuine emotion, and my deeply personal post-production process. You’ll learn to refine every image with intention so your photographs feel like love on paper.
Whether you’re just beginning or ready to elevate your work, you’ll gain skills, inspiration, and confidence to build an authentic business. Spaces are intentionally limited for focused guidance. If your heart is calling you to grow as an artist and storyteller, I would be honored to mentor you. Let’s create magic together.

More Than Just Technical Skills
Photography is about more than camera settings and posing. It’s about connection, storytelling, patience, and learning how to create an experience that feels calm, natural, and meaningful for every family you photograph.
I love helping photographers discover their own style while building confidence in both their artistry and their business.
Mentoring Designed Around You
Every mentoring session is tailored to your individual goals, experience level, and the areas where you need the most support. Whether you’re looking for portfolio feedback, editing guidance, workflow help, or hands-on newborn instruction, sessions are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

Let’s Learn Together
I truly love encouraging other photographers and sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained throughout the years.
If you’re ready to grow your skills, build confidence, and create meaningful work you’re proud of, I would love to connect with you.

Choose the Experience That Fits You Best
Thoughtfully designed mentoring experiences for photographers looking to grow in confidence, creativity, and skill
Whether you’re looking for personalized one-on-one guidance, hands-on newborn instruction, or ongoing support as you grow your photography business, each mentoring experience is designed to feel encouraging, relaxed, and tailored to where you are in your journey.

One-on-One Newborn Mentoring
One-on-one mentoring is a wonderful opportunity to learn the art of newborn photography in a relaxed, hands-on environment. Together, we’ll cover newborn posing, lighting, camera settings, exposure, wrapping techniques, soothing tips, styling, and the small details that help create beautiful, timeless images straight out of the camera. I’ll also walk you through how I approach a newborn session from start to finish, including workflow, working with parents, choosing props, and safely posing newborns.
Mentoring sessions take place in my studio in Cumming, Georgia, where we spend the day learning, shooting, and creating together during real newborn sessions, no posing dolls here. It’s an intimate and encouraging experience designed to help you grow in both confidence and creativity, with snacks, beverages, and lunch provided throughout the day.

Two Day hands-on workshop
Spend two immersive days learning newborn posing, soothing techniques, lighting, styling, session flow, and the details that help create a calm and successful newborn session from beginning to end.
This hands-on workshop is designed to provide both technical instruction and real-world experience in a relaxed, supportive environment where you can ask questions, build confidence, and grow creatively at your own pace.
Ongoing mentorship
Sometimes the most meaningful growth happens through continued support and guidance over time. Ongoing mentorship is designed for photographers who want consistent encouragement, feedback, and direction as they continue developing their artistry, workflow, and business.
Whether you need help navigating challenges, refining your style, improving client experience, or building confidence in your work, ongoing mentorship provides a supportive space to learn, grow, and evolve throughout your journey.

Equipment You Will Need
You must own and understand a DSLR camera. (Being comfortable shooting in Manual Mode will be helpful). A 50mm lens.
When you have completed your mentoring, you are welcome to call me to help with any difficulties you are having. I am happy to help you along the way to becoming the best newborn photographer ever.

A Gentle, Encouraging Approach to Learning
I would like to encourage you to take some time to think seriously about this investment. As a photographer who had photographed for 22 years and had made my photography into a small business, the one most significant decision I ever made was to fly across the world, over the Atlantic Ocean, to attend my first newborn posing workshop.
It changed my life. It changed the entire style and direction of my business. I would never have been where I am as a photographer if I hadn’t made the decision to make the investment. If you are serious about taking this next step in your career, then this is for you. This is more than just a mentoring session – we will work closely together, getting to know each other well, and hopefully grow a lasting working relationship and friendship. If you have any questions, please email or text me.
